Important Conference Related Dates:
- July 14, 2025: Hotel reservations open.
- August 1, 2025: EXTENDED! Deadline to submit session proposals.
- August 1, 2025: Deadline to join or renew membership to be eligible for member conference rates.
- August 1, 2025: Full conference program published.
- August 19, 2025: Conference registration opens.
- October 15, 2025: Deadline for exhibitors to partner with MSACROA on specific events.
- October 31, 2025: Exhibitor registration closes.
- November 15, 2025: Last day to cancel attendee or vendor registration for a 100% refund. No refund after this date.
- November 16, 2025: Late conference registration rates begin.
- November 24, 2025: Hotel group rate reservation deadline.
- November 30, 2025: Conference Opens with a Meet and Greet.
