• August 15, 2024: Conference registration opens.
• September 15, 2024: Early-bird conference rates end.
• September 15, 2024: Vendor registration closes.
• November 8, 2024: Hotel reservation deadline.
• November 15, 2024: Last day to cancel attendee or vendor registration for a 100% refund. No refund after this date.
• November 16, 2024: Late conference registration rates begin.
• December 2, 2024: Conference Opens
